How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt with a tracking number. You may track your order by using the tracking number on the carries website.
Do you have a physical store?
No. PT&T is currently a online-only boutique. However, we do offer pop-up shopping events, Check out our Shopping Events tab for upcoming events.
How do I return an item?
All returned items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging with tags still attached. You are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. All items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your item you can exchange only and one time only. You can notify us by email of your return add the reason for the return and we will respond by email with instructions and address.
How soon will I get my order ?
Orders will usually arrive within 5-7 business days of purchase. If there is a delay or back order you will be notified by email. PT&T is not responsible for any delays with shipping carries (Fed X , USPS, UPS or any other carriers). We are not responsible for any loss or damaged items when they are being delivered.
Do you provide private fashion consultations?
Yes. PT&T goal is to make every women thick or thin look and feel beautiful about themselves. Therefore, we offer private fashion consultations to clients. There is a $25.00 fee for consultation and fitting, which is non refundable
What is your return & exchange policy?
All returns /exchanges are accepted within 3 days of you receiving your items. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unused and in original packaging condition. After receiving an replacement item, you may NOT exchange that item. NO refunds exchange only one time only
